Ingredients for Grilled Salmon:
1 lb of fresh salmon.
1 minced garlic clove.
1/4 cup of fresh cilantro, finely chopped.
1/4 cup of fresh oregano, finely chopped.
1/4 cup of green onion, finely chopped.
2 tablespoon of lemon juice.
1 tablespoon of olive oil.
1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder.

Grilled Salmon preparation instruction:
Combine all of the ingredients except the salmon in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Rub mixture onto both sides of the salmon.

Grilled potatoes in foil. Take a large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil and fold the edges up to make a packet.

In the center, place a layer peeled, thinly sliced potatoes, some diced onion, salt, pepper, and dots of margarine. Repeat layers until you can just fold the foil together at the top. Grill until potatoes feel soft. (Time will vary depending on amount of potatoes and grill temperature.)

Open and serve with any meat or veggie dish. This is a simple, inexpensive, and delicious side dish which can be varied by adding bacon bits, diced ham, green peppers, etc. Just be prepared for people fighting over who gets the browned bits sticking to the foil! :-)

Well I LOVE grilled cheese sandwiches, but I just bought a sandwich maker at W-marts that is awesome. You can use tortillas, put some mushrooms, meat, cheese, mayo , fold the tortilla and put into the maker and in a few minutes you have a wonderful grilled sandwich. This also works with bread----

2 things:

1. Grilled Salmon - covered in olive oil, salt. garlic and rosemary.
2. Grilled Rib eye (or any good cut of beef) - covered in Olive oil, salt, pepper, steak seasoning if you choose, and rosemary.

Chicken and lamb can be done the same. I like the natural flavor of meats but some marinades are very good.

Grilled Turkey breast is good but kinda tricky.

grilled corn.
method 1.
soak corn (unhusked) in brine solution for 30min. if you dont have time to do that you can just dip it in water. drain the corn of excess water and throw directly on to a pre-heated grill. turn 1/4 every 15 min for a total of 60 min. unhusk apply butter and salt and enjoy.
method 2
unhusk corn and cean with cold water. allow corn to dry while you cut one piece of foil about 12 x 18 inches. butter the raw corn generously and apply salt and your favorite seasonings. steak rubs work wonderfully. wrap the corn up in the foil and throw on the grill. rotate the corn 1/4 turn every 15 min for a total of 60. unwrap and enjoy.

There are so many marinade options in the condiment aisle of your grocery store just start trying them.

The one basic thing that never goes wrong in my house is grilled chicken breast basted with BBQ sauce. If they are bone-in, skin-on I boil the breast for about 1/2 hour. Otherwise boneless, skinless you can just throw on and start cooking.

I grated the meals first like grated carrots and potatoes after which you will purely steam them for a pair minutes. the babies additionally incredibly enjoyed grated cheese while they weren't the right age to eat chunks.once you cut their meat positive you could mixture a splash broth (or gravy) in with it so its no longer so dry for them. yet another large one is make a pot of abode made vegetable soup with onions, carrots, potatoes, turnip and in spite of else you like and cook for a pair hours, you're able to have all your vegetables in one pot and you will constantly freeze the soup in small boxes for the nights you eat something spicey and don't choose the toddler ingesting it, sturdy success,Sue
