Got a crock pot?
Put a unopened can of pear halves in the fridge
Put a London Broil in the crock pot.
Add one undiluted can of Cream of Chicken soup
Add sliced onions, or mushrooms if you want to.
Sprinkle with black pepper if you like.
Put the lid on it, and cook on low for about 6 hours.
After about 5 hours, stir the gravy a bit.
Put some broccoli in a covered glass dish,
salt and pepper, and microwave for two minutes.
Take it out, add shredded cheese, cover, and let sit.
Put a bag of Success rice in a pot of boiling water.
Boil for about 5 minutes, drain, put in serving dish.
Open the can of pear halves, drain, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. (Drink the juice...it's good!)
And, VIOLA! You have an easy, delicious meal!

If you like chicken and you want something simple and easy with great taste...I make Catalina Chicken...all you do is get some boneless/skinless chicken breasts, a bottle of Catalina dressing and some bacon...than wrap the bacon around the chicken place in an oven-proof casserole dish or whatever and pour the Catalina dressing(all of it) on top and bake covered at 350F for 45min uncover until bacon is crispy. Yum...everyone thinks you spent all day. Serve with whatever vegetable you like or a salad doesn't matter...enjoy!
Or IF you like spicey try this one...also easy...Picante Chicken...all you do is buy boneless/skinless chicken breasts and a bottle of Pace Picante sauce and some cheddar cheese...than place the chicken in what you like to cook in(oven-proof) place the chicken in...pour the salsa over it bake at 350F for 45min(covered) than uncover and sprinkle as much cheese as you like until bubbly...serve with anything...like California veggies or whatever you like...once again enjoy!

You could do lime-grilled chicken breast (15 minutes before grilling rub chicken breast with a bit of salt, pepper, Mrs. Dash (or your favorite spice mix) and a bit of lime juice; cook on hot skillet or grill until done) accompanied either by couscous, ready-to-eat beans and rice and lightly sauteed bell peppers.
