All you can do is comfort him. His body needs to cleanse itself. He will get better. Whatever you do, don't get him any drugs! What you really need to do is make sure he doesn't jump back on the pills once his withdrawals are over. Maybe you can make a video of him looking like an *** with cold sweats and night terrors all curled up in the fetal position, which you can show him the next time he thinks about doing drugs again.

Treat it much the way you would the flu; symptomatically. Some weak tea when he can stomach it, and just stay in bed, keep warm, and try to relax. It takes about seven days to feel really better, and 14 to be rid of all toxins in the body. Good luck and good bless.

Are the withdrawls from Heroin?! If so, you may need to seek professional assistance. All you can do really is support him. Whether or not that means to be there for him throughout this difficult time, or to assist him in his daily needs if needed... Also, create a network of ex-addicts, NA for example, who can also help you in his time of need and recovery. This really does help.

Through a bag of popcorn in the microwave, sit back and have fun watching. Tell him hope you learnt your lesson drugs aren't fun. Let him go through it on his own just give him water if you want to feel sorry for him.

Honey, this is a very tough situation for both of you to be in. He needs to go to the Dr. and get a prescription to help him out. This can also be very dangerous for his body to detox without professional help. Please get him to a Dr. to help him get through this safely.
God Bless and Good Luck
