whenever an answer comes regarding this type question someone always says the radicals are a minority.
what difference does it make if they are?most germans were not nazi's,most russians weren't communists,most italians weren't faciasts.my point is it's not necessary to be in the majority to do evil.
these so called moderates hold a rally once in a while and one or two speak out against the radicals but all in all they are silent.
spare me the line about they are busy being normal people.
there was a quote that said something about,for bad to exist requires good people to do nothing.,or something like that.

A thoughtful question. I hope my answer is equally intelligent.
Back in the 70's, President Nixon asserted that the people who supported him were the 'silent majority'. Whether that's true or not is of course debatable, but i think perhaps what you are asking about 'moderate Muslims' perhaps touches on that idea. Nations where there is a Muslim majority are going to silence dissent in any form - even if it's by death. The recent Christian convert from Afghanistan being but one example of threatened execution. i guess what i mean to say is that, when free speech can cost you your life, you are not likely to go around trash talking the leadership.
And the quote is from Burke - The only thing necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing. Very appropriate.

if you dont satnd against them then you are with them thats what I would say to all moderates and dont tell me that those moderates didnt see it coming , before the ww2 hitler was loved and revered now he is hated , i wont be surprised if after 50 yrs the same fate falls on islam , after true religion tries to inspire people rather blind them like communism, i beleive that islam is like communism going thru its peak, it might fall after some time or else the world would repent
