OK OK, thanks for all the comments. I actually expected a bit more of uplifting stuff but it gives more to think about. I didn't mean to sound too brazenly if that's your perception of my question. Most people don't understand how I can't "get a girl". I go to pubs, bars and clubs with friends but to talk someone up? That's how my personality is and I won't deny that I'm shy. I work on myself and, mostly thanks to meditation, my character changes for the better.

Get out of your room and meet some people ... As well as being a computer geek loser, you're far too shallow insisting that looks matter - in London there are some very nice women of every race/nationality and they're not all Bo Derek (as in "10" as rated by Dudley Moore)

Looks matter? You're 26 and never had a girlfriend buddy, you need all the options you can get. If you're after a supermodel, selling yourself over yahoo answers isn't the way to go. Sorry, but grow up.

Are you seriously this desperate? That's sad. With ALL the girls that are in this world, you can't find one. Your obviously not looking hard enough, or maybe your too shallow. You did say looks matter and she has to be slim and live in London. I think you should get a life!

What a silly way to try to date - noone knows what you are like and vice versa. Join a club and socialise following which you will no doubt meet someone meanful. This is the coward's way of dating.

if you are that good, and still single then there must be something wrong with. You must be arrogant, proud and egoistic person. I doubt you are a generous person. Whoever be your gf will not be happy. You don;t chose your gf, you meet 1.You are desperate btw..
