How to stop LCD TV sound vibration?

When I play TV shows from my Cabelvision DVR on my Samsung LCD 40" TV, some shows cause the TV speakers to vibrate. Very annoying and I have to switch to audio via stereo. Any advice on settings?

you can try with adjusting LCD tv audio setting- Reducing level of treble or bass.

I think you have solved your problem already. You'll get much better sound quality by turning off your TV speakers and routing the audio signal through your stereo.
