change a question:i need a lawyer help,but now i donot know the man introduced if the real lawyer ,i.e.what i should read /see his certificate

go to law school and pass the bar exam

You have to go to school and get a bachelors degree. Then go to Law school for about another 2-3 years. After that you will need to pass the BAR exam. You don’t just get certified and then boom you are a lawyer, you can’t just take a weekend course.

To confirm someone is a lawyer you can: Go to his office & see if he has a bar association license. Most attorney's have a Bar Association ID card (to get them into court chambers, jails, etc.) Look him up in the phone book. Log on to your state Bar Associations's (or web site & see if he's listed.
