The most important person on this planet to you should be you. No one should come before you. If you believe this to be true then you will have the will to make sure you are well and healthy so you can be of value to others. You cannot do for others unless you do for yourself first. There is no magic that will do it for you.

if you're really that lazy, why does it matter? you reject the two things that affect weight. in fact, how can you stand to sit there and type? it must be awfully tiring. better go lie down and have some almond roca.

You can't and you won't. Do you think it will just happen? You'll fall asleep after eating a burrito and chips and the next morning the fat-a** fairy will have waved her magic wand and POOF! You're thin and healthy!

It is tough isn't it. I'd say you first have to read and find something that commands your intrest. You can do some research at http://weightlossgirl.com and find a program that you'll like.
