Recently a Jewish person posted an answer to a question, using Hebrew biblical sources for the reasons Jesus is not the messiah, including genealogies and prophecies. It was an amazing post --well researched and thought out -- and I cannot locate it now! Whoever you were, could you please repost or email it to me? Thank you!

Questions about Jesus, or Questions designed to convert or recruit people to Jesus (or even away from Jesus for that matter)are simply a waste of time. People have already decided for the most part if they believe in the fiction written in the bible. People who feel God talks to them have psychological problems because hearing voices is a psychological illness. All the major world religions have issues like this.

relating to the justifications you contemporary as achieveable, I believe selection one that certainly Jesus did no longer fulfil the messianic prophecies. the main considerable function of all messianic prophecies is the return of the Jews from exile to the Land of Israel. whilst Jesus replaced into born the Jews have been suffering under the Roman occupation, in the time of his lifetime that suffering purely have been given worse, and whilst he died, the Jews have been expelled to a various exile of purely approximately 2 thousand years. So, with Jesus it occurred precisely the choice. I agree additionally with selection 2, whose answer is embodied in selection one. approximately selection 3, no Biblical passage interior the Hebrew Scriptures refers to Jesus. The misinterpretation is made by Christians. selection 4 is self-explanatory. Now, for the main considerable reason par excellence why Jews do no longer settle for Jesus simply by fact the Messiah: until ultimately approximately 30 years after Jesus' dying no person in Israel had ever heard of such an theory. The Sect of the Nazarenes ordinary in Israel, and headed by James, the brother of Jesus, and his Apostles, in no way reported something of the kind. Then, purely all of a sudden, Paul shows up in Israel preaching approximately Jesus simply by fact the Messiah, 30 years after Jesus' dying. considering he replaced into including to his Messiahship the incontrovertible fact that he replaced into additionally one with God, and had resurrected, the Jews needed to kill him for preaching heresy. The Jews could desire to in no way accommodate this kind of mythological coaching.

I actually remember that question. I looked through the history of the questions I answered, but it was not there. I don't think I could have answered it because his point was thoroughly thought through. Breaking down over 100 prophecies with clear and concise explanations of why they were infallible. I remember that one very clearly and I did not even answer it(his point was proven). Just check the history of your answers if you remember answering it. PEACE!

EDIT: His question was posted 2-3 weels ago. If we are talking about the same individual.

The Bible's prophecies show that he was the Messiah.
Even the Quran says So.
But the Jews and the Muslims both believe Jesus was only a prophet.
If you research The Bible, Quran and the Torah. You will find that all three agree that Jesus was born to a virgin.
And he was the only one to have done that. He was put there by God.
This makes him The Son of God and the Messiah.

He was and people look for everything they cna to say he wasn't. That is blasphlamy. How else could he have done all that he did. He was greater than all thoses before him. He did things elijah couldn't do, abraham couldn't do and moses. He raised people from the dead, healed the sick ,fead the needy, came back to life, and was very intelligent. How can you deny him? If he wasn't the son of God and the messiah and he did all those great things then where was his prophecies. He did more things then all before him surely he would have been prophecized.

Jews are very good at creating thesis showing that jews was not special. You can prove or disprove anything you want to just by reading Google.
I can also prove that the Jews today are not related to the biblical Jews..can't you?
