I have checked the http://pe.usps.com/text/pub51/51tblb_002.html#vnameref_6 but it makes no sense to me... what's the value of this stamp anyway?

Stamps without a number for the denomination are not supposed to be used for international mail. You need a total of 84 cents in numbered-denomination postage to send a one-ounce letter (which would include most greeting cards) to any country outside North America. (If it's a post card, the rate is 75 cents.)

In practice, three of the Liberty stamps would overpay the international rate by 33 cents, and the letter might go through okay, but it's better to go to the post office and get the right kind of stamps (that is, with numbers) or a meter put on the item so as not to risk having it delayed a couple of weeks and then sent back to you.

Just take it to the post office. They'll tell you.
