For the money you are going to spend getting over the counter teeth whitening products, you can get your teeth professionally whitened for about the same price at a dentists office. I got mine done for $100 and saw a dramatic difference. I tried those crest strips and they were a total waste of money...they were nasty.

Brush your teeth 3 times a day. Should do the job. Don't drink coffee or smoke cigarettes.

a combination of this
some water and hydrogen peroxide gargle with this follow instructions on the back of the bottle to use as a mouth rinse
baking soda use as a paste just wet your tooth brush before hand so it can stick brush your teeth with it rinse mouth with it follow directions on back of box
rinse with water
then brush and floss as usual however this is time consuming but it works do exactly in this order

The crest whitestrips work really well, however they made my teeth real sensitive.
