well obviously you got some answers from people who have never experienced going within and learning more about themselves ,i am sure these same people yet will tell you oh yeah there are angels .ignorance and close mindedness is the REAL devils workshop.
to become more spiritual and aware of your spiritual guides and higher self one must learn to quiet the mind and let the super conscious or subconcious mind become more active .
meditation is a worthy cause and will improve your health as well ,it is not a simple thing that can be done overnight but learning it will help you LISTEN to the small voice within .
also dreams are an excellant way to help with getting in touch with the higher self and your guides .
but it does take some effort on your part and desire to learn these things .

"You Can Not", because there is No Chaneling to Spiritual Guides.
There is only, "GOD".
So open the BIBLE, Open Your Mind, Open Your Spirit, Be Willing and Wanting To Learn The Truth, For The Time Draws Near.

Don't believe all the advertising nonsense*. This kind of "commercialized wisdom" is all commercial, no wisdom.
