The way he handles money. It burns a hole in his pocket when he's got extra cash on him. He comes home with some of the dumbest stuff sometimes instead of saving it.

He's perfect except for his poor English skills. It drives me CRAZY!!! He speaks well the majority of the time but the "ain'ts" and prepositions at the ends of sentences is what gets me.
