i got mine through my bank, but I had to wait until I was 18. I don't know how old you are, but if you are at least 18 credit card companies will be happy to get you in debt!

Apply for a pre-paid credit card. You can do a Yahoo! search under "pre-paid credit cards" and find out which banks will issue one to you.
