Let me summarize all the answers people have gievn you thus far:
Do not call him "Father", he is to be called "Pastor".
Furthermore, you just keep putting your hard-earned money in that collection plate, but don't be asking for ANY of it back--as the church is probably "too small" to help you. Why ask a Deacon? Why not ask "Pastor"? I'm sure he's got plenty of $$ he can help you out with....
Make sure your "tithing" isn't all just going one way---that'd be a hard lesson to learn.

The leader of the Pentecostal church should be referred to as "Pastor" not father.
Please note that each "physical church" has different rules. Therefore, what I will say may/may not apply.
The church should have a committee. Within this committee, there are appointed individuals to handle and lead each different area of the group. There should be someone here that deals mainly with people in need..
Financial hardships should fall in the same. It's a need.

Not Really , I am Pentecostal (Assembly of God), we dont call Dr. Gray "father" Just Pastor.
Seek one of the Deacons for Financial Hardship, but understand, you have to look at the size of the Church and it's congregation to determine if they can help you or not, Our Church Congregation is small but our facility is large, and we cannot help anyone as we are in a huge finacial debt to the sume of 800 thos dollars, fortunetly a huge mega church in Arlington is going to move to our Church as we have larger facilities and merge with ours, it has a 1000 member congregation.

I dont think is ok for any religion to call the pastor father, I hate that the catholics call the pope "the holy father"
No man on earth is holy, only Jesus Christ should be called holy.
As far as asking for financial hardships I think they ask the pastor.. He controls everyones money. (pentecostal)

Absolutely not. The bible was clear when it said not to call them father. Your father is Jesus and your natural father.
