My daughter has this exact same problem! I have found a perfect solution!! #1 if you want your hair up you sport glue it will tame the frizz fast! #2 invest in a Chi iron they are expensive but the best straightner ever made I start by putting the Chi silkener in her hair, blow dry, straighten, fininish with Chi helmet head. The Chi products are great & the whole process takes about 15 minutes.

I have the same problem. Use lots of conditioner and leave it in. Don't rinse it out. I have found that hair spray, moose, and other styling products dry my hair out and make it worse. I only brush my hair when it is wet. Brushing it when dry will cause it to frizz. Braiding it also helps to keep it back out of your way. Good luck.

GET A PERM!! if you get it straighened and get a perm it really would help your hair grow and it won't be frizzy no more.

If you blow dry it try a product by redkin called Align...... maybe you can have it straightened at a salon, of course I dont reccomend that because it looks even more crazy when its growing out!
