You have to train yourself to get up anyway. Just keep answering YES back, and make youself move.

Perhaps you aren't getting as much sleep as you think you are. Even if you go to bed at an earlier time, if you toss and turn or don't sleep soundly then it is difficult to get up the next morning. Try cutting out all caffeine products after 5pm, and go to bed 9 hours before you plan on waking up. You could also be one of those folks that have a sleeping disorder that instead of going into stages of sleep and wake you go from one straight to the other thus making it difficult to get going.

But, I would try the caffeine thing, and the bedtime, as well as the suggestion of placing the annoying clock across the room so you HAVE to get up to turn it off.

Well, obviously......what time do you go to bed?! Staying up late doesn't help. Set a routine. Be in bed by a certain time and get up at a certain time every morning. MAKE yourself get up. If this is still a problem, see your doctor.

Sounds like you might have a self discipline problem regarding going to bed at a reasonable hour so you get enough sleep.
Try to train your body's biorhythms to get into a routine
