Can I use USA FM radio receiver in Europe?

Are there some differencies in FM standards?

My head unit has a setting (for the radio stations) were i can choose what country i am going to be using the head unit in. It's so that i can pick up the radio stations of that location.
So for my JVC head unit, yeah, you can listen to it in Europe.

I cant speak for other head unit's since i havent had or setup any others.

most radios can not be used in Europe because in Europe the frequencies are even numbered... where as here they are odd.
