Maybe the universe is compensating all the idiots of the world, because they're unfortunate enough to be idiots? On a serious note - the lottery mainly attracts those who can't afford it, and if you haven't won big, then don't worry about it. The odds are absolutely astronomical, you're more likely to get hit by lightening standing indoors.

Thats because these "idiots" are the ones who live on benefits, and are actually richer than the ones who work for a living. So they can afford to buy loads of lottery tickets.

Lotteries are a tax on people who are poor at math. Play a dollar when its up to 20 million otherwise its a sucker bet.

work out how much you spent since '94 / '96. whenever it started.
£1 x 52 x 10 = £520

BECAUSE THOSE ARE THE ONES WHO WASTE THEIR MONEY ON LOTTERIES. THEY SPEND OFTEN MORE THAN THEY WIN AND THEN THE END UP BACK WHERE THEY WERE AND NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT. DON'T ENVY THE POOR SOULS.
