Yes I did watch it, and thought that it was really informative, insightful and simplistic. I have lived with bi-polar disorder for most of my life, and like Stephen Fry was not diagnosed until 4 years ago. My illness has always been misunderstood by those around me and indeed I too have been misunderstood. I'm glad that my family and friends watched it, as hopefully they will now have a better understanding of the illness. I also liked the comical content of the programme, as I could relate to so much of it, including the line stated by Carrie Fisher, "everything is amazing, you just think, I know I'll go to India". That is exactly what I did 3 years ago!!! My partner and I just looked at each other and laughed. You have to make light of these things otherwise you would be permanantly depressed. Thanks for watching the programme.

I thoroughly enjoyed watching the programme, give an in-depth view of what goes through the sufferers mind and how many cope.

It was fascinating to watch that many choose not to press that 'imaginary' button that Stephen gave them to have the choice to do except for the ex-corporal lady who had terrible shakes.

There should be more programmes like this on, as the stigmata of mental health and the issues are never truly in-depth or sympathetic to the patients.

It may give society a second glance, because we are mad, doesn't mean we actually 'are'!

i thought it was very brave of him to do the programme and that it will hopefully bring more awareness of the nature of the beast.
