Vitiligo is currently NOT a currable condition. There are treatements however, that may help with the problems of discoloration with either depigmentation or repigmentation. Talk to your doctor about what kinds of treatments are available and what are the side effects.

A few months ago I noticed some white spots isolated in my left leg. In fact, my girlfriend noticed them and told me it was vitiligo. I started looking for solutions and followed the novel and complete treatment Vitiligo Miracle and really worked, in less than 2 months, the spots on my leg disappeared! ... Today I am a different person, completely cured of my vitiligo and of all the other problems he faced.
Here I leave the website of this novel and complete treatment:

I'm sorry, I suffer from the disease and I really wish there was a cure. I believe that you can do some things to repigment the affected skin.
1. Eat healthy - sometimes all your body needs is some good nutrition for it to start functioning properly again!
2. Believe that you can overcome - if you don't believe that you can overcome the disease, it will never happen.
3. Try to be cheery - scientists have theorized that many vitiligo cases may have been caused by stress or depression, so try your hardest not to get stressed or yell, when you get mad, don't rage, calm yourself.
Now I can't promise anything, but these simple steps may help with the condition. I hope I helped :)

According to the reading I have done, vitiligo is one of the conditions that can be caused by systemic yeast (Candida) syndrome. The book I am reading now recommended Swedish bitters in addition to a cleansing diet.
www.hufa.org has some basic info at the yeast link, and the library link mentions the book I am reading now - author is Martin.
I am hopeful as I have depigmentation on my arms and face.

Adelle Davis recommends, in her book Let's Get Well, that you you take 150-300 mg of pantothenic acid and 1000-2000 mg of PABA daily while applying PABA ointment to the depigmented areas (see page 131). She tells also of a lady who got good results from eating liver dailiy. This must have helped some people or she would not have put it in her book. (Take a good mutiple vitamin-mineral, and a B50 complex with the regimen. Taking large doses of single B vitamin entities can cause an imbalance in the others).
Good luck!

My daughter has it and there is no known cure, but she must wear sunblock on all the parts of her body were the vitiligo is. There are lots of products to disguise it, but she doesn't wear any as she is proud of it cos its part of her.
