me and my girlfriend have been together for two years and she and i were virgins when we got together so niether of us knows if she orgasms during sex or foreplay. can someone enlighten me?

If SHE doesn't know... she's not gettin' there.... sorry... don't take it personal... it's normal for a girl to not orgasm until many, many trys AFTER losing virginity.

Actually the female orgasm in a tricky thing. You can help her discover that she's orgasmed by noticing a few things that happen during orgasm; Most women get quite wet after they orgasm so all of a sudden you'll find that things have gotten slicker, also when she's feel really, really good then you can feel her vaginal muscles contract around your penis. Also she will show involuntary movements, clutching of the bedsheets etc, change in sound and she will also become more tight around your penis because the blood flow around that area increases after orgasm. She will also feel a bit more relaxed and slightly lethargic afterwards. If you really want to give her a great orgasm, then stimulate her clitoris while thrusting, indulge in lots of foreplay beforehand and stimulate her G spot with your finger, gently! Well if she doesn't know if she has orgasmed than she hasn't but don't be discouraged it takes a woman a long time sometimes to figure out what she needs to achieve it. Also the muscles need to be like worked out kindof because the more times your orgasm the stronger it will be. Try relaxation techniques and breathing then massase her different ways and gently to see where her trigger point is. It is harder for some women to achieve orgasm than others so she mabe she should try masterbation if she knows what she needs and how to do it than she can relay it to you. Good Luck

She will totally know what is going on when she has an orgasm, i had 5 long term relationships before i found my man who i am with now, he is the only man to make me *** while making love the rest had to make me *** by rubbing the tip of my clit!!!!!!!
