You can dream about owning a sport scar for years but you will be closer to owning one then the day you started dreaming...
So, the method to employ:
1. Find Appropriate lady.
2. Walk up in a polite yet relaxed manner.
3. open mouth and say something that is natural and not slimy, 'hello' might be a good place to start.
4.While chatting about school, work, the weather or the economy try to get your eyes on her eyes and not her breasts... a woman likes you to talk to her not her appendages.
5. DO NOT ASK HER OUT THEN AND THERE...... a lady might like to know you first, she might think it a bit pushy and totally inappropriate for a stranger or a vague acquaintance to just walk up and say "HI, How about a date?". Get a to know her a bit at a time and let her get to know you... if she can remember your name and something you said to her the last time you spoke (A GOOD SOMETHING) then perhaps you might start looking for the right moment...AGAIN, NOT THERE AND THEN.
6. If there is no sign of attraction then stop pestering her and walk away.
