I can certainly understand the reasoning behind the illegal immigrants. They just want a better life for the families, which we all want. However, if they truly want to live here, then they should go through the proper channels and become citizens legally, and naturally should know the English language comprehensively before allowed their green cards. Those that cross over illegally should be sent back immediately. I do not have a clue as to the cost of deportation and yes, our tax dollars do pay for those things. Exactly what kind of work should we put them doing? Should we keep them here in basically a prison where were still going to have to feed and clothe them while they work off that money? I think it would be more cost effective just to send them back because if we have a camp, were still paying for it, there's the camp itself, employees to run the camps, food, clothing, shelter, electricity, etc, etc. Its the same thing with those on death row, why should we continue housing them for 20 years instead of putting them to death and saving us money. I think logistically speaking, in the long run, sending them back immediately would be more cost effective.

We need to enforce the laws;

Illegal means Illegal. period. No they should not be put in labor camps; that is slavery.

We as taxpayers do; pay for them; courts,ER visits, lawyers,judges,etc.

For illegals who've commited numerous felonies, I agree, harsh punishments. i understand that's a comfortable subject, and the regulation is the regulation. properly, slavery grew to become into as quickly as the regulation, so grew to become into denying women balloting rights, and enable's no longer forget approximately, the holocaust on a similar time as awful grew to become into with the aid of the guidelines of the time thoroughly criminal. i'm no longer asserting that the regulation is misguided necessarilly, No sensible guy or woman can anticipate this united states of america or every physique to maintain that's borders open to quite lots every physique with out watching for disaster. in spite of if there's a distinction between stable rules and prejudice, and that's trouble-free to blind ourselves with that. There are ethical and criminal implications to each thing. If we owe an obligation to a fellow human, hiding at the back of "that's the regulation" would not absolve every physique. Ask the guards at Buchenwald. BTW: did you know that that's been documented that opposite to familiar opinion, there are extremely much less criminals between illegals?

Labor camps are a bit extreme but jail is used for regular Americans committing crime against our rules and laws and illegals should also face jail if they willfully violate immigration laws.

How is it you Americans can be so angry at illegal immigrants? How do you think your ancestors got there? Unless you're a native American, they got there by marching in uninvited and killing the rightful owners, or by immigrating under the authority of those who did. So what if someone can't speak English? Can you speak Cherokee?

I'm really shocked that so many people feel so much hate to illegal immigrants. If you had to choose between starving to death and watching your family starve and die or walking across a line you are not supposed to cross and having a better life wouldn't you try to make things better?

YES! They should pay their own way back. Why should the taxpayer have to pay?

Oh, THAT's a goal they'd work hard for!

We'd be paying to house them, which would likely be more than their ticket price.
