i frankly told him i dont like him even if he's nice because of the complicated situation.. but after two days he used to bother me again and call me again... and saying that he really loves me, i cant reject his call because he's still calling...

Well if somebody tells me that they are not interested then i leave at that and sounds like this guy has some major issues he already has a girlfriend and after you and if you to get together then he will be after the next so tell him again and don't answer his calls and if it becomes a problem then it is harassment and becomes a Police matter.

look you said he has a gf right? well think about it! if he wants to go out with you while still with his gf what makes you think that he wouldnt do that once hes in a relationship with you? Its a big red flag ya know? I mean do you want a guy that is faithful and trustworth? of course you do. But this guy isnt, I mean hes wanting to go out with you while hes still with someone else. Dont you think he could do that in your relationship too?

In cas he already has a girl friend... be firm and tell him that its not fair on his part to do what he has been doing. Do not fall prey to his calls or whatever he may try to say to convince you.
