i've been reading up in a few magazines about horomone booster products but none of them talk about what they do, if they're really great or if they're just a waste of money and time. can anyone help me out? i wanna get into good shape and i'm not over weight but still "chubby" should i try to go for a fat burner instead?

Definitely not a good idea. The best way to get in shape is to do it naturally. It will take time, but the results will be permanent if you change your lifestyle.

Go natural. Until you are at your peek performance and need a little help bust through a plateau or whatever, keep it natural. You can get in really amazingly good shape and still stay natural. Forget the gimmicky products. They are just out to get your money.

No, not only no but hell no!!! Steroids can benefit your performance for a period of time, then you start to realize the severe unwanted side affects, one of the worst because it affects everyone associated with you is a marked personality change, and it will not be for the better. Then later, there are a multitude of physical problems secondary to the use of steroids, some eventually fatal!

Go all natural. Drinking LOTS of water will help clean out your system as you work out.

drink green tea....this will help you to lose weight......dont go with the fat burners ....you want to lose the weght but not too quickly.....green tea and lots of water and salads
