I ripped some songs to my pc & when I opened my wmp it was full of tunes & I have no idea how they got there & to make matters worse I cant play them,so I dont understand why they are there,its saying the path doesnt exist,Im baffed.

lmao throw it in the river,then I will I get my answers?? also no one has access to my pc except me & my oldest son & he has a limited account so I know no ones downloading music.

Delete them out of your wmp library then make wmp search the folder you riped songs too.

did you have the radio on this is a live feed wmp keeps until you clear press now playing on the right panel from the drop down clear lists

Looks like someone has been using your PC as a file sharing server. Would run virus/ spyware & use explorer to locate the files/ structure & delete. Have seen this before a few times.

download WINAMP and use that instead...
WMP 10 is rubbish...if you have WMP 9 install that after taking off 10....turn off the updates ( as it will try to update itself to 10 again)then if you still wanna use WMP try it then.

These came with installation of WMP. If you click on one it will request 0.99 and you can play it.

I haven't used my WIndows Media Player since I upgraded it to 10. It completely screwed everything up, so now I use Real player..

What file extension are they?

Input it to Google & it will find software associated with it. Maybe you need a different media player than Media Player?
