I have tightness at the jaws, my teeth chatter & unable to focus. I check the wikipedia, those seems to be normal for anxiety attacks, except the numbness at the head. I wonder if I might get a stroke at one of these times.

May be yes may be no, it's depend on which stage you are. Did you go to the doctor? Did you taking any medicine now? Did you take any nutritional supplement to help? You can come to my office for a free medical check up, I hope i can help you.

I do have some alternative medication (nutritional supplement & therapies) may help to prevention and maintaining good health. It's safe and natural. you can email or call me to know more.

It's a totally normal feeling---relax, you are not having a stroke.
The pins and needles feeling (which can happen on the scalp, face, lips, hands, and/or feet) is due to hyperventilation. When I used to get anxiety attacks, I would often get the pins and needles feeling (often the first symptom) in my head/face/scalp. Until I learned more about it, I too thought it might be a stroke thing. But that's the problem with panic attacks---worrying that it might be something serious, which makes the attack worse. Once you learn to realize that although you feel awful, nothing actually bad will happen to you, you start to feel better.
