Construction will always be there, but your youth and school will not, finish school, get a diploma and maybe you'll own that construction company one day.

Think this through before you act. Dropping out is not a wise decision in this day and age. 98% of employers won't even consider hiring you without a high school diploma, or a GED at the very least.
Two years down the road, when you decide that you've made a mistake and want to go to collage, you can pretty much hang that up. Night courses in collage may or may not accept a GED, but they'll all take a high school diploma.
And let's face it, you'll have 11 years of school done already, why quit now when you've only got 1 more year to go?
Do this.
Talk to a counselor at school and try to get into a work program. A lot of schools offer them to 11th and 12th graders now. It's school half a day and work the other half. They might also be able to help you choose a career path or offer up suggestions from their own life experiences.
But don't quit now. It's the same as running a foot race and stopping when the finish line is in sight.

your too young to leave school, tell me this when you get older and all your muscles hurt, do you want to work in construction te rest of your life? i mean be serious at least if you get out of high school (by means GRADUATE) you will be getting paid better than you would be getting paid without finishing high school really think about it, try to get a part time job, if its your first job don't expect to be getting paid $10 an hour, be realistic you have to start out somewhere and then move up, but if you haven't finished high school the chances are that you won't get a good job where you don't have to work as much and get paid good enough.
THINK ABOUT IT BEFORE YOU DROP OUT

Dont leave school. Carry on until you have taken your GCSE's if you still feel strongly about working after that instead of going to college then do so, but get the rest of your schooling behind you just incase you need to get another job in the future and you have some quilifications behind you.

STAY IN SCHOOL! It is the best place for you right now, according to the way you wrote this all out for the whole world to see. Get a part time job for now or something.

Forget the job and stay in school. Judging by your spelling and grammar skills-school is something you need very much.

Don't quit school, by the time when you're old enough you'll regret you left school!
