If you want to get into stuff that is still currently just sci-fi, yes. Crygo-gen or some other form of stasis may be developed that will make it possible for humans to travel through space without O2. Of course, they would not be conscious to witness such.

On the other hand, yes, even now it's currently possible. We send up satellite and stuff all the time that could operate without O2. I think most of them still carry tanks of it though to combine with other stuff and make a propellant.

Nope, we need oxygen to live. Even if they figured out a way to put us in hibernation we would still need oxygen--just much smaller amounts.
