I saw a report on CNN about parents that give their kids an injection (daily) of Human Growth Hormone and it apparently increases height by an inch per year. Unfortunately the cost is prohibitive, it was like $15,000/year!

Seems have a big turn in a person's life. The external form of a person is ideal in the eyes of the planet when every feature is assembled in flawlessness or very nearly there. Of all of them, height represents an important role.
Height is not just lots is one of the critical standards in plenty of areas: sports, being a part of the security force, wooing someone, obtaining a work or just bolstering one's assurance therefore, if you want to be slightly taller you just have to use this program https://bitly.im/aL1vM , grow taller 4 Idiots.
The combination of proteins with growth hormones, could certainly lead to a taller stature and this really is what you would study on this book, how you can set this mixture used because this system really work for nearly all people.

I've always read that women can continue to grow until the age of 21. However, almost all women stop growing about 2-3 years after they get their period. I got my period at age 11 and was 5'2" when I turned 14. Haven't grown since (I turn 19 in a month), and it's very very safe to say that I won't be growing anymore.
There are no ways that you can grow taller.
You can prevent "shrinking" which happens in your later years (50-60 years old) due to your bones compacting. An elderly person could decrease in height usually around 2 inches. STRETCHING greatly reduces this because it prevents bones from compacting.

We will stop growing taller at the age of 21, if my memory was correct. So, you still have 6 more years to go, try to drink milk everyday, and play sports, such as basketball or swimming...

Don't diet too much, eat healthy and you will probably grow another couple of inches. I grew 2 inches between junior year and senior year, so good luck. And I think 5'6" is a good height already.

There is a chance you might grow a little bit, but it is unlikely. Your bones determine your height (growth plate), and if they are closed, you are done growing. The only way to find out if your growth plates are closed is with an xray. Sorry!!!

actually, if you're worried about your height, it's above average for women. You're only fifteen and you're already an inch above average. If you stop growing, that's okay. Just like yourself for who you are.
