my husband passed 5 yrs ago. met a man has 3 girls they are basically good girls. we did get along fanastic. the girls have taken a strain on our relationship. i gave the oldest one a honeymoon present from my time share to st. thomas for one week at the wedding rehershal dinner the thank you not was only addressed to gary not my name. she thanked him for the honeymoon and the money for the flowers that money came from me. was this deliberate of her because she wants to put a strain on our relationship. that was just the latest hurt. is their a chance to save this love.

remember your main relationship is with the man not his daughters although its great that you get along with them you need to focus on the relationship with your boy friend. You don't always have to be involved give him some space to spend with his kids and take the time for just the two of you and as far as the gift its over and done just let it go

I am a firm believer of checking people's motives. Make sure this isn't a situation of the girls taking advantage of you. This would make me very suspicious, because you didn't even get a thank you or an appreciation note.
