If you've gained a considerable amount of weight i would suggest talking to a doctor or a dietician about the best options. Weight Watchers may not be your best diet option if you're trying to lose so much weight. I'm not sure what weight you're trying to get down to, but i wouldn't suggest a casual diet plan like Weight Watchers, I'd deffinitely research some other diet plans as well.
Exercise plan wise, there are so many DVD's you can buy to work out at home. I personally use Carmon Electras Striptease aerobic video which i adore. BUT again if you are trying to rapidly lose a lot of weight, then perhaps it would be best to join a gym or Curves. Curves is set up so each individual has their own work out plan and a schedule for their machines. You get personal consultations with the employees there who can custom fit a workout routine to your needs. Same thing goes with a lot of membership gyms, and they sometimes offer discounts to students.
The last option is to consult a doctor about surgery. That's an extreme measure of course, but there is really no other way to rapidly lose a ton of weight. Believe me, i've tried everything almost, and I find the best thing is to pace yourself. Nothing is less healthy for your body than dropping 50 pounds in less than a month or so. Be careful, but research all the options before you decide on something, and consider the risks of such a rapid weight loss.

Weight Watchers is a wonderful program! I've lost 50lbs on it so far. As for exercise, you can do whatever you want. If you want to stick to walking, that's fine. If you want to take a kickboxing course, that's fine too. If you attend meetings, you'll get the info on incorporating exercise into your plan on the third week. If you are online, or got the at-home kit, you already have the materials available to you. There is a slide calculator for activity points that's similar to the points calculator. Activity points are calculated using your current weight, duration of activity and intensity of activity (low, medium or high). Low intensity is you may not start to sweat at all and you are able to hold a normal conversation. Medium intensity is you start to sweat within 10 minutes, you're breathing heavier and you can still hold a conversation. High intensity is when you start to sweat within 5 minutes, you're breathing heavy and you can't speak or can only speak in short spurts. I'm not naming activities because it varies from person to person in my experience. Something that may be medium intensity to me may be low intensity for you, and the like. You can trade your activity points for food too. I believe the recommendation is only allowing 4 activity points per day for extra food. You have to use your activity points on the day you earn them too. For example, you earn 4 activity points today doing a lot of yardwork. Suppose you chose to use 2 of the activity points you earned toward dessert. You don't keep the remaining 2 activity points to use the next day. There is no banking of points in WW anymore.
You'll find more information on activity and WW in your program materials. Hope this helps...

People who plan their weekly meals are usually successful at losing weight than those that don’t. Plan your dishes to incorporate healthy carbs such as special potato and wholegrain pasta, green vegetables and lean proteins, buy every one of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to enjoy out or order in.

Suck the idea in. Consciously hold in and contract your ab muscles while you’re walking, sitting at your desk or making the supper. This will help to strengthen your ab muscles and your core, and provide one step closer to a flatter stomach.

Beans, beans, are good for your heart, the more consumed the more you... lose fat actually. Super-effective and full associated with fibre, beans will regulate your appetite and slow down the rate at which your own stomach empties, meaning you continue to be fuller for longer.
