Accidentally deleted the files but somehow can't it in the trash bin.

You could make use of a data recovery application such as StompSoft's Recover Lost Data or similar title. Though the overall success of any recovery will be dependent upon how much time has passed between when you lost the data and when you try to recover it. Essentially, the longer you wait, the greater the chance that the data in question will be over written and/or corrupted.

There is Recovery software you can BUY that might be able to reconstruct it, provided you have not DEFRAGGED or some other new file hasn't overwritten the areas where the file was.

Deleting a file only deletes the name and locations (sectors) in the FAT table, not the actual file.

When you DEFRAG the areas are then overwirtten with new files

go to downloads.com or 9down,etc and look for deleat undeleat or one of the many other file recovery software and follow the directions also try not to write to the files you will be scanning it will cover the files you are trying to recover.this is a pretty easy thing to do so you should be able to get your stuff back.

all you have to do is a system restore. this is when you can restore previously deleted files on any date you deleted them
