Why do you care? God made you, as you. Someday, you or anyone in this world, will be with you because they like pretty much everything about you. SOOO just be you! Don't be shy if you are outgoing, and don't be outgoing if you are shy!

Outgoing girls are often more outspoken and easier to sustain a conversation.
Shy girls tend to be quieter at the start and is up to the guy to try to open her up with interesting conversation. Much understanding and patience may be required but, well, it's part of dating.

I would rather say shy at first and outgoing after wards when we ar in the relationship, but whilst all these the girls should be mature enough (mentally), nothing nasty.
