but its .rar, and i cannot play it. it there anyway to convert it to a format that will play on my computer??

.rar means its zipped using WINRAR software and you need that software to unzip it. Follow this link to get the software for free.

.RAR format is a compressed file format similar to .ZIP. All you need is a capable file compression program (I recommend the free 7-Zip, www.7-zip.org) to uncompress it. Do that and inside you should find a playable movie!
