It's easy; see if he has a kind heart. That is something that will never change. Tell him a sad story and see how he reacts. Check out how he treats or talks about his mom and other women. Does he have lots of friends? The guy I am dating now told me about his father's death soon after I met him. He was 38 years old and cried. I notice that he tears up at a sad story, especially involving children, and just recently picked up a retarded boy who's bike had broken on the road. Believe me, he isn't perfect, but these are the things that make me love him more each day.
