I don`t know what the first question was, but if this dealing with a search for a missing brother. You could file a missing person report with the local Law Enforcement Agency, they will inturn run a NCIC check to determine if he has been reported by another and where as well as an arrest record would surface and illuminate his possible where abouts presently. If you have credit card reciepts of his with a card number be sure to give those to the Police as well. If he has been using them they will be able to follow a trail electronicly from purchases, or calling cards. Or a cell phone which has a simcard and now most have GPS capabilities that can be tracked to a general location of where the phone is. Good luck and God Speed.

what state are you in? in california, you call the Department of Corrections and give the name and birthdate of the individual you believe is incarcerated and they will give you the location and booking number so you can 1) verify that he is in fact in prison and 2) write him.

Is his birthdate really 3/9/06? if yes, then I don't think your brother is in prison.
