Unfortunately it's in your genes and there is nothing you can do. There is nothing you can put on your head or in your body that will cause it or stop it. It is absolutely not caused by your shampoo. Greying happens when the hair root stops producing melanin, and each hair bulb has a limited life span for how much melanin it can produce. Some people genetically just have less lifespan in their bulbs than others.

The graying of ones hair depends on the shampoo you are using. If it's too strong, you need to dilute it. As in add 1/8 cup of water to it. Then there is also ones tendency to think seriously. This could really aggravate your hair. It sometimes causes baldness. Also, if you dye your hair, once the dye faded, you hair has the tendency to become gray because there's a chemical or substance that's in the hair dye which can cause the hair to discolor.

the graying is loss of pigment in the hair roots. sort of like a glass of water and the more you drink the less water you have left. I guess some people have bigger cups than others.
Mostly it is heriditary. In the genes somewhere in the family.
