I know, humans can be strange. (I am a cat, so I know) However, baths are a good thing - in moderation. They keep you smelling nice & they keep your coat in good condition. Don't you have fun showering water everywhere when you are drying yourself? Make sure that your master dries you well & insist on getting a treat afterwards. I am sure that your master does understand you & that he loves you. You are lucky to have someone to care for you; so many dogs & cats don't. Purrs for now.

I guess because they are not dogs !!! If you were dirty i.e. rolled in some horrible muck than you should have a bath. be fair, you probably smell. I am a Collie X and absolutely love water of any kind (even dirty) so I get into trouble for always wanting a "bath". ah well it's a dog's life....................good luck.

Communication is on the bare level between humans and dogs. Happy....Sad...etc that is it . to know why and what makes you happy that would require learning of another language. Which I am not sure if either animal is capable of that in this century.

tell your human beings that you probably only need a bath 2 - 4 times a year, anything more than that is'nt too healthy for your skin and coat.

my dog hated bathing too, but if he wanted to be allowed inside and to get special attention then he had to suffer the indignity of having himself shampooed! grin and bear it!!!

Awww - I feel bad for you but if you smell really bad its just gonna have to be like that! maybe if you stopped rolling in smelly things like other animals pee & dead things then it wouldn't have to be like that! Chin up!
