Always sleep and don't make your eyes to have eyebugs.. Drink milk also with 1 teaspoon honey before you sleep.. Do not waste your time on such thongs that cannot improve your height..
Sleep is the best thing to grow in a persons life..

you know i'm short too i tried everything from pills to foot massagers that stimulate growth it didn't help and whatever you do DONT TAKE GROWTH HORMONES shots they stop growth make you grow unwanted hair, and other weird things. Really you have to deal with it I heard doing Yoga does help because it stretches the spine but thats the only thing to do.

my classmates are always amazed seeing me getting taller and taller weekly (i dunno if that's true, but my relatives are, too). if i have my idle time, i sleep. i also am fond of eating tomatoes with salt (estimate the amount of salt and remove the seeds). i think that's it.
