okay ... i am sorta confused and maybe you can help !
alright i goes like this ........... i like one of my best friends and i know he likes me ...
soo i feel like i really wanna kiss him , but he dont wanna date..........(right now ) he is soo sweet and it makes me wanna kiss em ! how would i or should i kiss him ! dont get me wrong i know how to kiss , just dont know when to or to the person i feel i wanna kiss! any tips ....... i see him at 7:00 tonight !!

Well...you're friends...so you shouldn't have lots of secrets...If you are friends you tell secrets to each other...and you have the possibility to get enought colse to him...and hug him...So while you are talking in a calm place...find a way to be stand and give him a warm hug...then tell him on a low and sexy voice that you rally appreciate his company....and keep your self there until he hugs you too. You'll feel if you can go on or stop by his reaction...if he hugs you too in the same way...then you start moving away really slowly ( move only your cheeck from his so that you can kiss him). You'll be close enought to kiss him....and he won't reject you....his your friend...he wouldn't hurt you....Then you tell me if it worked or not. good luck.Cheers

Kissing may or may not be the best thing to do.
Kissing him will change the relationship even end a friendship.
I would make sure he likes you the same way you like him before
the big kiss!!

I understand that you wanna kiss the person you like, but if he doesn't want to date you, then you shouldn't kiss him. It may cause problems with you guys if you do. Just wait until he's ready to date, then lay one on him.

well, if he doesn't want to date, why should you kiss him? if you have some weird thing going on, take it slowly at first, then explode with energy in your kiss. give him a quick peck on the lips, then go for an open mouth

if he doesn't want to date and you know that then i would refrain from throwing yourself at him it may end your friendship..with the awkwardness and all.
If you think his in for it then go for it...just lean forward and do it..you should now immediately whether it is wanted or not
