I've always felt like one, since birth, and I can't live as a human anymore. They have surgeries for all kinds of things, like changing genders, is there one to help make me feel whole again and turn myself into an Ape?

I guess you can, feel bad for your parents though, anyway I read somewhere that Brazil is the best place for body sculpting and they do pretty much anything for money, so go there and find out more.
