i am 18 years old but my hair is getting bald or it is becoming empty what shall i do ? is there any treatment (shampoo,conditioner,organic materials or new discoveries?

Just buzz your hair very short or shave it. Their are treatments like propecia, rogaine, etc. but it can get pretty expensive and results vary from excellent to nothing. Save the money you would have spent on these products and go on a vacation once a year because the treatments are expensive and will add up in the long run. Also, if you start using the products do you want to spend your money on this stuff your whole life, or use it on something you want like a tv or vacation? I know it sucks to bald young, but if your balding their is nothing you can really do about it at this point but slow the process. Shave or buzz. :)

Something called Rogaine has some success. If you can, try to accept going bald because think of all the men who shave to be bald. Lots of famous men are short on hair but they can still have loads of charisma if they don't act weird about going bald.
If you have lots of money and lots of ability to stand pain, you could have a hair transplant. A hair piece which can look very natural and will not come off until you take it off is also an option.
Bald equals sexy because testosterone is involved in hair loss. In other words you are likely very good in bed!

i am using minoxidil. i used to be bald but now i have to see my barber every 2 weeks. ( to get a shave )
