I don't think that it helps your mood...between the sugar highs and crashes, and all the chemicals, the weight gain it can cause, the sleep disturbances it can cause if you eat it late at night...I guess it isn't very good for your mind. Mind you, as I sit here typing this answer at 3:18 a.m. I have a bottle of coke and a bag of Cheesies in front of me...

yes it does becaue all the sugars and fats in there give you a big rush of energy and happy ness and after a short time that stops and you get the oppersite effect.
what comes up must come down as it were.
most food does this however if you eat heathly food that high can last for longer and you wont crash you just get hungery again ready for another heathy snack

Oh yes! When too much junk food makes you overweight and have difficulty wearing your pants....you'll surely feel depressed!
