Try talking to his former friends, coworkers & other family members for clues.
Try googling him.
Try directory assistance.
Try International Soundex Reunion Registry (It's free, world wide, & u can register from their site online)
there are other people locators, too. Some might charge you. As a last resort, you could hire a P.I.
you can check the Social Security Death Index for free online to verify that he is still living.
If theres any chance he could be in the criminal system, you can check those public records for free too

Your best bet is to contact the salvation army. They do family searches. It does cost a little, but not very much at all, and if you recieve a state benefit you pay a reduced price. If you look them up on the internet, you can fill in all the details there and then. You have to know your brothers exact date of birth however. Last time I saw him he was at a Megadeth concert in FORT COLLINS , and he was trippin microdot with some dude named harley and he had a pet iguana named izzy, said he would get back to washington soon but aint heard from them since the window pain and indica made an appearance
