I'm so tired with my body.
I'm 26 years old and it seems my body is on its own, getting very messed up. recently i got this thing on my neck( front side) : when i pass saliva it hurts badly as if it's pain from the muscle contraction. Well but then just a month after that and it's been a 3 weeks since i've got this , i got a thing with my ears, it feels as thought they are clogged and today at night i started feeling a direct loud sound( as if the sound was right next to my ear)of salt shaking .By the way, not tinnitus, i got tinnitus and i know what that feels like..so this is a new thing. And all this things are happening without me doing anything to cause it, at least not that i know of. Now i feel like ii will probably go deaf or something and its hard to accept. But i know i have to accept because there is no other thing i can do. I'm going to doc probably today because i had the appointment for ear check up next week but i'm getting too many new things in my ear im worried.

Hopefully all is well with you and you will be in my prayers. I have had 3 back surgeries in the past 3 years. My last one was July 5th. My left leg from the knee down has had muscle atrophy set in. I have left foot drop that causes me to limp. They fitted me with a brace so I do not trip and fall and go for a 4th surgery. I most likely will never be able to work again and I am 44. It has helped me to talk to a dear friend and even your doctor. It is ok to worry and it is ok to be scared. But you no matter what take care of yourself. All that you are feeling is normal. God Bless

I know what you mean. Do you have a lot of stress? In times of stress my left eardrum kind of vibrates and makes scary sounds. It´s really like "boomboom" and noone who doesn´t know will believe it. This is because the tiny little eardrum muscle has a tic. Do you have tics in your face or other muscles? I have them a lot. But since I take high dose magnesium it didn´t happen again. Maybe you try this or at least ask your doc about it.
Good luck!

Not sure what it is, but I saw a show on Discovery Health where a guy could hear something shaking in his ear and it was a small hole in his skull, and his brain was shaking just a bit. I don't want to alarm you, but they spent years trying to figure this out, and a simple MRI revealed it, so if this helps you, then better tell you. Hope it's not this serious.

Wow. I do know how that feels, when your body decides to do things that it didn't do before. My first thought is aging. I was around your age when my knees really started to go and other really gnarly things started happening. Go to the doctor and make sure there's not any developing condition.

Just take a deep breath, say to yourself, this is me, it's how I am now. I choose to accept myself for who I am. Sounds corny, I know, but it works if you believe it.
