I'm not sure but a "charactonym" is used to desribe a fictional character's personality traits through their name. The word you're looking for must be something similar I suppose.

Hmmmm... its not oneomatepia - thats for words like "woosh" and "bang" and "thunk".

But its similar. I think they're "descriptive nouns" or something equally banal.
