Family planning is deciding if and when to have children. It can include birth control and fertility treatment. Abortion is sometimes included in family planning but of course it's not really a plan. The pro-life folks have given family planning a bad name but for many people it is just about spacing their children so that the mother has time to recover between pregnancies or about finding the right time of the month to maximize or minimize the chances of pregnancy.

Family planning is usually in the catholic church. They basically teach you how not to get preg with out birth controll but all my girfriends who are catholic and follow the church's rules to family planning all ended up pregnant. I think family planning should be left up to the husband and wife and her doctor.

its different for individuals.Family planning includes a check on mental preparedness for having a child for both wife and husband
It also includes a watch on financial state whether u can take in responsibility of one more over themselves
In short v may say it can b the mental and financial preparedness for having a child

getting a health physical and a aides test. then talk about when you plan to have kids and when you will be able to afford them. then get on a reliable method of birthcontrol(pill ect) and stay on it until ready to have a family.
