I know how to train it and everything Ill take it on walks in the morning but right now its the neise..... I cant have her offering the dog chocolate or something or being scared and hitting it or doing one of her stupid "the dog bite me momma" for attention or her pulling on it I can hide it from her easily buts its the risk- .My bro dosnt even like the girlfriend because she's littarily crazy he's only in it for my neise but the girlfriend is acting like its her house., Which its not, I just need a way of keeping her from the dog until we leave

first off, you're from germany? excellent english. anyway, back to your problem. if you're that concerned about the pup, then i would wait. you will get another puppy, no doubt. there are millions of unwanted animals screaming for homes. sometimes we just have to prioritize, and think about what's best for the potential puppy. even if it sucks to do the right thing. if you have any worries about it, i think it would be a bad idea to get a puppy right now, because all of your worries will be transferred to this little creature, instead of the love and happiness you're so willing to give a pup. don't worry. you will have a puppy, you just may have to wait a little longer. and in the meantime, it's a good opportunity to learn to teach it something new. aside from what you already know. like teaching it to crawl or something. that's challenging. good luck to you.

There is no way to hide a puppy in an apartment--they need room to run and play, and if the niece is so much of a problem, chances are that the situation is no good for a new pet right now. Think of the welfare of the dog, first...he/she needs to be happy and feel welcome, and needs to have a living situation that is healthy. A puppy needs lots of care, structure, and supervision....they are super cute but LOTS of work. Consider the consequences before you bring one home.

I had a dog and when I got married he obvoiusly moved with me. But my in-laws didnt approve. For two-and -a -half years by dog stayed with me in my room though he wasnt exactly a small breed one. Finally over time I learnt to assert myself and they too got used to me and my dog. Now me and my dog are both together and happy. Touch-wood.
